Palanor has one plan for organizations: Palanor Enterprise. It replaced the Watcher, Steward and Council tiers on 5 October 2026.
Every organization gets the same instrument. The price follows the number of people who build with it.
What the plan costs
- Platform fee: $15,000 a year. It includes 5 full seats.
- Additional full seats: $1,200 a year each.
- Readers: free, and there is no limit.
- Setup: $10,000, once. It includes the Foundation Workshop.
Twelve full seats, for example, come to $23,400 a year.

Context News and the morning edition. CompanyCast. Signal Watch. Scenarios and the Futures Frame. Macro View. Seer Backplan. Research.
Interactive Numen work draws on a monthly credit pool shared across the organization. See Credits Explained.
Contracts
Contracts are annual, paid upfront or quarterly. A three-year prepay takes 10% off years two and three. Nonprofits receive 25% off the platform fee.
Services
Council, Facilitated Workshops and Facilitated Scenarios are human-led Services. They sit alongside the plan and are quoted separately.
If your organization was on Watcher, Steward or Council
Nothing you built moves or changes. Your organization is on Palanor Enterprise, and your current order form holds until renewal.

Owners and admins open Workspace · Plan. It shows the plan, what is included, full seats purchased and in use, readers, this month's credit pool and your contract dates. Ask for more seats from the same page.
