Credit markets in Palanor

Private credit from BDC filings
Loan-level data from the schedules of investments that business development companies file with the SEC: marks, non-accruals, spreads, liens and who lends to whom.

World markets
Share prices in 47 economies and the euro area, daily composites of every company listed in Taiwan, and Brazil's listed companies from their filings, all from official open data.
Global yields and commodity prices
Ten-year government bond yields for about 43 economies and World Bank monthly prices for 45 commodities, each a signal with its source.
Industry sizes
How big each US industry is, by NAICS code, from the Census Bureau, BEA and BLS, with the source and period of every figure.
Company attention
How much the public is looking at an S&P 500 company: Wikipedia views and Google search interest, each against the company's own history.
Hiring filings

The command bar
Press ⌘K anywhere, on your own pages or in your organization, to find a page, a client, a signal, chart or company, then run a function on it: CHART, FORESIGHT, EXPLAIN, ALERT, ADD, SCREEN, DATA or SHARE. Questions go to Numen.

Layoff Tracker
Every WARN Act notice in the states whose lists Palanor may show (open terms, or public records shown as facts only), linked to listed companies and their 8-K restructuring filings: filter it, follow a company, a state or a view, and see what is announced but not yet effective.
Executive Changes
CEO, CFO and board-chair departures and appointments that companies report in 8-K filings, with the filing's own sentence and a reason only when the filing states one.
Sanctions Tracker
Each addition to and removal from the OFAC, UK and EU sanctions lists, by country and programme, as each authority lists it.
Risk Events Tracker
Product and vehicle recalls, EPA enforcement cases, CFPB complaint spikes, OSHA inspections and Wage and Hour cases, each with the agency's record and the listed company where the name rules link it.
Federal Contracts Tracker
New SAM.gov contract opportunities and federal contract awards of $10 million or more, by agency, industry and state, with the award linked to its opportunity where the solicitation number connects them.
Clinical Trials Tracker
Industry-sponsored trial starts, phase advances, terminations, suspensions and withdrawals from ClinicalTrials.gov, by sponsor, with the sponsor linked to the company graph where it matches.
FDA Decisions
Upcoming PDUFA dates the companies stated, FDA approvals and new indications from Drugs@FDA, and the complete response letters FDA has published, in one table with follows and a "decision date within N days" rule.
Deals
Merger agreements and completed deals from 8-K filings, tender offers, going-private transactions and FTC early terminations, with the transaction value where a filing states one.
IPO Pipeline
First-time S-1 and F-1 registrations, their amendments, pricings, withdrawals, SPACs and Regulation A offerings, each with the company's latest stage.
Private Raises
Form D raises of $20 million and up (threshold adjustable), new venture capital and private equity funds, and first-time fund managers, with Palanor's AI classification of each company and its evidence.
Insider & Activist
Clusters of open-market insider purchases or sales (two or more insiders, same direction, within 14 days) from Form 4, and Schedule 13D stakes and amendments.
Distress

Company Posture
What an S&P 500 company is doing, read from its own filings: expanding or retrenching, confident or hedging, and how much pressure it is under. Shown as a score only where a pre-registered back-test earned it.
Presidential approval average
A daily average of published national polls of presidential job approval, overall and on the economy and inflation, with a band on every reading. The same method for every president; not a forecast.
Trademarks and federal contract opportunities
What companies are getting ready to sell (U.S. trademark applications) and what the federal government is getting ready to buy (SAM.gov solicitations), by month, with the companies behind them on entity pages.
Where leaders and founders went to school
