Interactive Numen work, such as chat, scenario builds and research composition, draws on one monthly pool for the organization: 2,000 credits per full seat. Reading, PDF and PPTX exports, and everything Palanor runs on a schedule (the morning edition, CompanyCast, ranking, scoring, alerts) never count against it. Admins are told at 80% and 100% of the pool.

What does the setup fee include?

$10,000, once. We configure your organization, build Signal Sets from your documents and seed your scenario library. Then a three-hour Foundation Workshop, remote by default, where your leaders build their first Futures Frame and signal map live. Your first morning edition reflects it the next day.

Where did Watcher, Steward and Council go?

Palanor Enterprise replaced the three Enterprise tiers on 5 October 2026. Every organization gets the same platform; the price follows the number of full seats. Council continues as a Service, alongside Facilitated Workshops and Facilitated Scenarios, each quoted separately.

Do you offer nonprofit or multi-year pricing?

Nonprofits receive 30% off the platform fee. A three-year prepay takes 10% off years two and three. Contracts are annual.

Can I switch Terminal tiers later?

Yes. Move up or down month-to-month with no friction. Annual commits get a 20% discount; if you downgrade mid-annual we credit the remainder.

What happens to my work if I downgrade?

It stays. Lower tiers lose the ability to write new Futures or use the gated tools, but everything you authored remains visible and downloadable.

Is the Predictive Planning Institute certification real?

Yes. Researchers earn one free seat in the Predictive Planning Institute Certified Practitioner program — the same curriculum we sell to enterprise teams for $1,500/seat. One seat per Researcher tier subscription.

Why both Terminal and Enterprise prices?

Different jobs. The Terminal serves the steward as an individual: read, write, sharpen judgment. The Enterprise platform serves the organization as a whole: read against the strategy, build scenarios together, govern who sees what. You can hold both if you and your firm want.

What if I'm a working researcher (think tank, fund analyst, journalist)?

The Researcher tier is for you. If you'd rather earn the tier than pay for it, the contributor application path stays open — write good signals, get reviewed, the same mark is yours.
