Pro does not use Numen credits. You pay for model usage in dollars, at what it costs.
Included each month
Pro includes $15.00 of model usage every calendar month. It resets on the 1st and does not carry over. Settings → Usage shows how much is left.
Then the wallet
After the included usage, Numen draws on your balance. Each action is charged at the model's list price plus OpenRouter's 5.5% fee and Palanor's 5%. Every action's cost is recorded, and Settings → Usage lists this month by action and model. The prices are published at /pricing#models.
Adding funds
Settings → Usage opens with the total available: your balance plus what is left of the month's included usage. Choose Add funds and pick an amount. The card is charged the amount plus Stripe's fee, so the wallet receives exactly what you chose. The first payment saves the card for auto top-up.
Auto top-up
The Auto top-up card says whether it is on, how much it adds and at what balance. Choose Manage to turn it on and set the threshold and the amount. When the balance falls under the threshold, the saved card adds the amount. If a card is declined, auto top-up turns off and we email you.
Receipts and invoices
Recent transactions lists every payment. Receipt opens Stripe's receipt for the charge; Invoice opens a printable invoice with the card fee on its own line. Save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialog. The same buttons appear on Settings → Credits for credit top-ups.
What is never charged
Reading, exports, listening, PersonalCast and anything Palanor runs on a schedule. An action that fails is not charged.
When the balance is empty
Numen pauses its work until you add funds or the month resets. Everything else keeps working.
