Seats and Readers

Who counts as a full seat, who reads for free, and how roles decide it.

Updated 2026-10-05

Palanor Enterprise counts two kinds of people. Full seats build. Readers read.

Full seats

A full seat builds scenarios, configures signals, works in Lattice Canvas, chats with Numen and composes research.

The plan includes 5 full seats. Each one after that is $1,200 a year.

Readers

A reader opens the morning edition, listens to CompanyCast, and views dashboards and shared scenarios.

Readers are free, and there is no limit. Bring the whole leadership team and the board.

How roles decide it

The role in **Settings → Members** sets the seat. Viewer and Board member are readers. Every other role is a full seat.

To move someone from reader to full seat, change their role. The change counts toward your seat total from that day.

When a reader wants to chat with Numen

Numen chat is full-seat work. Give that person a full-seat role.
