A Firm Trial and Its NDA: Signing In and Adding Colleagues

Some firms start with a trial that needs Palanor’s Confidentiality and Evaluation Agreement first. Each person signs it once, then goes straight in with Terminal Pro until the trial ends.

Updated 2026-10-23

Some firms start Palanor with a trial. When the trial needs Palanor's Confidentiality and Evaluation Agreement, everyone signs it before they use the firm.

Signing

The link Palanor sends opens the agreement. Read it, type your name, title and company, check the box and press Sign and continue. If Palanor prepared your account in advance, you set a password next; otherwise you create your account (a password, or Microsoft or Google). Then you land on your firm's Overview.

The first signature at the firm starts the trial. Every seat holds Terminal Pro until the trial ends: clients, client reports in the firm's brand, and Numen.

Adding colleagues

Owners and admins add colleagues under Members & seats (the firm's Overview links to it). Each full seat counts against the seats Palanor set for the trial; readers are free. The invitation email opens the agreement first, and your colleague joins the firm, with Pro, once they sign. Nobody can use the firm, or its Pro, before signing.

What the agreement covers

It keeps what you see in Palanor confidential, limits the trial to evaluating Palanor, and rules out copying Palanor's features or methods and mining or bulk-downloading its data. Don't put personal data, protected health information or a client's confidential information you aren't permitted to share into the trial. A copy of what you signed is kept with the time and your name; ask Palanor for it at any time.
