Clients are part of Terminal Pro. A client is a company you do the work for: an insurer, a fund, a senior-living operator, a company you advise.
Add a client
Open Clients in the menu and choose Add a client. Give it a name, its website, an industry, a few industry tags and a sentence on the work you do for them. Palanor reads the website's icon as the client's logo. Palanor suggests public signals that read on their business; follow the ones you want.
The client page
Each client has a page like a company page: its logo, industry pills, headquarters, size and how long it has been your client, then:
- Your engagement. The work you do for them and what you deliver.
- About. What the company does.
- Who you work with and what they're watching (priorities, risks, competitors).
- Watchlist and reports.
Edit profile changes any of it, and the logo (upload one, or use the website's icon). Numen reads the whole page before it answers a question or writes a report about that client, so the more it says about the work, the closer the answers fit. Ask Numen opens a session scoped to the client.
Clients you add are held by you. A client a firm holds is shared with the people the firm assigns, and its page says which firm holds it.
Reports
From a client's page, choose a report:
- Assumption memo. Each assumption set against the evidence, with a reliance appendix.
- Market context letter. Where the economy stands, for the client's reader.
- Signal brief. What moved in the client's watchlist.
Every number is taken from the data by code, never typed by the model. Each report ends with a data sources slide and the method. Export a PDF or PowerPoint, or share a read-only link that expires after 3 to 30 days.
Your brand
Settings → Brand kit sets your firm name, logos, colours and fonts, with a live example of a report cover, a chart slide and a shared link beside the form. Start from a style (Modern Business, Frontier Edge, Institutional, Night Desk, Editorial or Clean Slate) and change anything. Add a full-colour logo, a white one and a black one: wide logos sit in a 9:2 box and the right version is chosen for a dark or light page. A square profile icon (saved at 512 × 512) shows on shared links. A client can carry its own colours on top. White-label removes the "Prepared with Palanor" line; the sources and the method stay.
