IPO Pipeline

First-time S-1 and F-1 registrations, their amendments, pricings, withdrawals, SPACs and Regulation A offerings, each with the company's latest stage.

Updated 2026-10-24

The IPO Pipeline is a Tracker of companies on their way to going public. It is at app.palanor.com/trackers/ipos. In your organization, members reach it through My Tracker, the Trackers row in the menu (app.palanor.com/<your organization>/trackers): its feed reads this tracker through your organization's scope, and every public tracker is listed below the feed.

What is in it (from 2015)

  • Registration filed: Form S-1 or F-1 by a company that had filed no annual or quarterly report before.
  • Amended: an S-1/A or F-1/A after the company's own registration.
  • Priced: the final prospectus of an IPO (Form 424B4 or 424B1), under the same rules as Palanor's IPO series: follow-on offerings, funds and asset-backed issuers are left out.
  • Withdrawn: Form RW after the company's own registration.
  • Reg A filed and Reg A qualified: a Regulation A offering statement (Form 1-A, up to $75 million a year) and its qualification by the SEC. The size is the offering's maximum amount. Qualification is not a listing.

Stage

Each row carries the company's latest stage: Filed, Amended, Priced or Withdrawn (Filed or Qualified for Reg A). A company that files again after pricing or withdrawing starts a new run. Many registrations never price.

SPACs

Blank-check companies are marked SPAC (SIC 6770 or a blank-check name such as "Acquisition Corp"). The name rule misses some, so a few SPACs show unmarked. Confidential draft registrations are not public, so a company appears only from its first public filing.

Follow and alerts

Follow on a row watches that company; Follow this view watches the filters you have set. The rules under the table are shortcuts to the Alerts center, where you can change the numbers. A row counts when it first loads and only if it is dated within 45 days of that, so older filings loaded later never flood you. Alerts arrive in the bell, by email or on your phone, inside your quiet hours and limits. See [Alerts center](/help/modules/alerts-center).

Companies, downloads and the API

Rows are linked to companies by SEC CIK, or by name under the company graph's conservative rules; a linked subsidiary's rows also reach its listed parent. A company's Dossier has a Trackers panel with its rows. Rows download as CSV with a Pro or Enterprise API key or a full seat on Palanor Enterprise, and come through the API at /v1/trackers/ipos and the MCP tool palanor_tracker (rows whose source allows redistribution only). Numen can read the tracker too.
