Numen in your organization's menu opens a page of its own. The panel from the orb in the top bar is still there for a quick question; the page is for work you want to keep.
What you can ask for
- Just talk. Ask what moved, what an edition or scenario means for you, or how something in Palanor works.
- Build something. Say "build a scenario on…", "start a Futures Frame on…", "open a Study on…" or "find companies that…". Numen drafts it in the matching builder and gives you a link. Nothing is created until you review it there and save it.
- Write a report. Any report from Reports: Convene the Council, Second Opinion, Board Brief, Horizon Scan, Point of View, Action Plan, Seer Backplan, What-If and the rest. Numen writes it and saves it to Reports.
- Schedule a report. "A Board Brief every Monday at 07:00." It runs on its own and tells you when it's ready, in Palanor and by email if you ask.
- Follow signals for the whole organization (owners and admins).
Changes wait for you
Ask before changing things is on by default. Anything that changes the organization (a report, a schedule, signals followed) arrives as a card under Waiting for you. Click Apply and it runs; Decline and nothing happens. Turn the switch off and Numen makes the change and tells you what it did.
Under What Numen may do you can switch off whole kinds of change for a session. Numen never deletes anything, publishes, shares a report link, invites people, sends anything outside Palanor or touches billing.
Who can do what
Owners, admins and researchers can have Numen build, write and schedule reports. Owners and admins follow signals. Everyone else can ask anything.
What it costs
Talking to Numen and each report it writes are paid from your organization's Numen credits, the same as doing it yourself. Scheduled reports are paid each time they run. Reading is never charged. The meter is at the foot of the left column.
Sessions
Every conversation is saved as a session. Conversations you start from the orb inside your organization appear here too, and the panel's full-page button opens them here.
