Reports turns the watch into something you can hand to a room. Every report is a dated edition — interactive slides rendered in your organization's brand, shareable by link, and exportable to PowerPoint or PDF. The same charts and the same Numen reads appear in every format.
The eight report types
- Scenarios Overview — every active scenario: probability curves over 90 days, the likelihood × profit-impact map, and a Numen read per scenario.
- Watchlist Update — the signals your organization follows, their movement over the period, and what changed that matters.
- Point of View — name a decision and Numen weighs it against your scenarios, watchlist, and strategy, then returns the organization's position: the rationale, the conditions that would change it, the risks, and the dissent stated honestly.
- Action Plan — pick a scenario and its leading actions become an owner-ready plan with tripwires: when a signal crosses a threshold, an action fires.
- Board Brief — one meeting, one document. Top scenarios and their movement, watchlist highlights, and the one thing the board should discuss.
- Horizon Scan — the world layer: the Currents, Custom Indices, and macro signals most relevant to your organization right now.
- Seer Backplan — pick a future and back-plan the path: what would have to be true, in what order, for it to land.
- What-If — bend one assumption and follow it honestly through your signals and scenarios.
Creating an edition
From Reports, choose a type and press Create. Some types ask for an input — the decision for a Point of View, the scenario for an Action Plan, the future for a Backplan. Numen composes the edition in about a minute; it opens as interactive slides when it is set.
Branding
Editions wear your brand kit by default — your colors, your logo, your fonts — with a restrained Prepared with Palanor line in the footer. A toggle on the create form switches any edition to the Palanor house brand instead. The Report design system section of your Brand Kit page controls the chart palette, cover treatment, footer text, and prepared-by line.
Sharing and exporting
Every ready edition can be shared by link — anyone with the link can view the slides and download the exports, no sign-in required. The PowerPoint export is native and editable; the PDF mirrors the slides exactly. Toggle the share link off at any time to revoke access.
Who can create
Owners, admins, and researchers create and manage editions. Every organization member can view them.
