Palanor Partners are independent contractors who bring organizations to Palanor. This is how the workspace at app.palanor.com/partner works.
Set up a demo
Enter the prospect's organization, its website and one contact. Palanor creates a demo organization that you own, reads the website to build the company profile and a first set of signals, and gives you an invitation link for the contact. Nothing is emailed for you: you send the link yourself. The demo is attributed to you from the moment it exists.
Register a deal
Register a company you are working that has no demo yet: the company, a contact and a note. The first Partner to register a company holds it for 90 days. A company that is already an active Palanor deal, or that another Partner registered first and still holds, cannot be registered.
Your link
Your referral link sets a 90-day cookie. An organization created by someone who followed it is attributed to you.
Commission
Commission is calculated on cash collected, net of discounts: the first year of a contract earns one rate, the second year a lower one, and later years nothing unless the terms change. The exact rates are on palanor.com/partners and in your agreement. A setup fee counts only when it is paid. It accrues when Palanor marks the customer's invoice paid and becomes payable 30 days later. A refund inside the contract term takes back the commission on it.
Your statement shows every entry: the date earned, the organization, the contract year, the cash received, the rate, the commission and the date it becomes payable. Payouts are recorded by Palanor when they are made.
What you can and cannot do
You are an independent contractor. You quote the published plan and any discount Palanor has approved in writing. You cannot sign for Palanor, promise terms, or see a customer's data beyond the demo organizations you own.
