Delete your account

Applies to Palanor, Inc. and the Palanor app (“Palanor — Enterprise Intel”) on Google Play and the App Store.

In the app

  1. Open the Palanor app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Submit a deletion request at palanor.com/privacy/request and choose “Deletion”, or email privacy@palanor.com from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account”. We confirm the request by email and complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in account: email address, password, and any linked Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn sign-in.
  • Your profile: name, avatar, role and preferences.
  • Data that belongs to you: your questions to Numen, feedback, follows, watchlists and notification settings.
  • Push notification tokens for your devices.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Your organization’s data. Scenarios, briefings, reports and other work created inside an organization belong to that organization, not to one member. They stay with the organization after you leave. An organization owner can ask us to delete the whole organization.
  • Backups. Deleted data leaves our rolling backups within 90 days.
  • Security audit logs. Kept for a rolling 18 months.
  • Records the law requires. Billing, tax and legal records are kept for as long as the law requires.
