Facilitated Scenarios is a multi-week engagement where a Palanor researcher co-authors your custom scenario set — pressure-tested with your team, linked to the specific signals each scenario depends on, and stewarded into the platform with continuing scoring.
What it is
A structured 4-6 week engagement to author the scenarios specific to your business. Begins with a discovery session to map your strategic surface and the futures you should be testing against. Researcher then drafts the scenario set, returns it to your team for pressure-testing, refines, signal-links, and finalizes. The scenarios live in your Palanor account thereafter with continuing probability scoring.

Format
