The instrument is most powerful when your leadership team is reading it together. A Palanor researcher comes in for a half-day or full-day session — facilitates the work, pressures the assumptions, and ships outputs straight into your Palanor account so the work continues after the session ends.

What it is

On-site or remote working sessions led by a Palanor researcher. The facilitator carries a working agenda calibrated to what your team needs to surface — strategic posture, scenario authoring, signal weighting, leading-action design. Every output is captured inside the Palanor platform during the session so the work compounds rather than sitting in a deck.

Leadership teams running strategy reviews. New CEOs in their first 90 days. PE deal teams between letter of intent and close. Boards convening for a working session rather than a status update.

Format

Half-day (4h) or full-day (7h). On-site or remote. Up to 12 participants. Outputs delivered live into your Palanor account.

  • A starting scenario set — typically 3-5 scenarios authored together during the session.
