Methodology
## What this measures
The share of the labour force aged 15–24 in South Korea without work and seeking it (ILO modelled estimate), one value per year.
## Why it matters
Young people out of work are an early sign of labour-market strain and a recognized source of social pressure.
## How to read it
Higher means more young jobseekers without work. It typically runs two to three times the overall rate.
## What it does not say
Students not seeking work are outside the labour force, so a low rate can hide low participation. Modelled estimates smooth over survey breaks.
