AI Papers on arXiv with a Adobe Author (Quarterly)

Latest

48papers

Methodology

## What this measures

AI papers on arXiv in OpenAlex (primary topic in the Artificial Intelligence or Computer Vision subfield) with a publication date in the quarter and at least one author at Adobe (OpenAlex institution I1306409833) or a unit under it. Dated at the start of the quarter.

## Why it matters

Company research output shows where AI labs are investing in publishable work; it shows up on the company's Palanor entity page.

## How to read it

The series starts in 2016 Q1 at 2. The latest reading, for 2026 Q3, is 48. The high is 66 (2024 Q2) and the low 2 (2016 Q1).

## What it does not say

OpenAlex links authors to institutions from the papers themselves and keeps adding links, so recent quarters rise as affiliations fill in. Labs that publish less on arXiv (or not at all) read low regardless of their research.

## Source

OpenAlex works with a location on arXiv whose primary topic is in the Artificial Intelligence (1702) or Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (1707) subfield, counted by Palanor with grouped queries; windows skip 1 January, the date OpenAlex gives works known only by year. CC0. Source: OpenAlex.
