Text messages from Palanor

Palanor, Inc. sends and receives text messages (SMS and MMS) from one number, (877) 705-7252. This page explains what we text, how you agree to it, and how to stop. The program is called Palanor Messaging.

What we text

  • Conversations you start or ask for. Replies to your questions about Palanor, scheduling, and follow-ups on a pilot, demo or meeting you asked about.
  • Account notices you requested. For example, an alert you asked to receive about your Palanor account.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not buy, rent or use purchased phone number lists.

How you agree to receive texts

  • You text us first. Texting (877) 705-7252 starts a conversation, and we reply to it.
  • You ask a Palanor team member to text you. When you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you (in a meeting, on a call or by email), we write down when and how you agreed before the first text goes out.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from Palanor.

How often

Message frequency varies. Texts are conversational, usually a few a month, and only while a conversation is going on. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you text START. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@palanor.com.

Your privacy

We use your mobile number and messages only to talk with you. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider, Twilio, processes messages on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, Section 3.1.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
