People born in the United States living in each country, latest UN estimate, the 20 largest
UN DESA, International Migrant Stock 2024, destination and origin (CC BY 3.0 IGO). People born in the United States, whatever their citizenship, including children born there who moved with their parents; in countries that record only citizenship, U.S. citizens. Mid-year estimates. Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are not counted as abroad. Countries without a U.S.-origin figure from the UN show as no data. The 20 countries with the most U.S.-born residents in the 2024 edition.
