Palanor calculation from SEC Form ADV Schedule D (from 2025 BrokerCheck, adviserinfo.sec.gov; subject to the BrokerCheck Terms of Use) and SEC Form D (public domain). A launch is the first Form D of a fund an adviser lists; launches within half a year are one fund family. It counts any next fund of the type, not only flagship funds.
How often managers come back to raise a new fund. Gaps shorten when money is easy to raise and lengthen when investors hold back.
