AidData, Global Chinese Development Finance Dataset, Version 3.0 (ODC-By). Commitments by year signed, AidData’s recommended aggregates. The dataset ends in 2021, so it says nothing about later years. Finance AidData could not classify is in neither bar.

What China’s state lenders and agencies committed to low- and middle-income countries each year to 2021, split into the aid-like part, which compares with other donors’ aid, and lending nearer market terms. Most of it is lending, not aid. China does not report to the OECD, so none of this is in the DAC totals.
