Stakes with no announced amount (warrants for loan changes, a golden share, a participation interest, a stake granted at no cost) are not drawn.

Every company where the U.S. government has announced an equity stake that comes with a dollar amount, ranked by that amount: CHIPS Act grants and research awards turned into shares, Department of War preferred stock, and a joint venture in a zinc smelter. The largest, Intel’s, is CHIPS Act grants converted into shares rather than new spending.
